2010 Gut Camp
Athletes: Class of 2014 to Class of 2011 male athletes
Program: 7 week duration, designed by Coach Greener and Coach Salunier, an experienced certified personal trainer
Philosophy: Quicker, faster, stronger, more flexible = an athlete that performs better and is less likely to be injured.
Particulars: Weight training, plyometrics, core and neck work, agility, quickness, speed improvement drills
Location: WHS Fitness Center, WHS field and track complex
Calendar: Monday 6/21 to Wednesday 8/18
No Gut Camp: 7/5 to 7/9 and 7/26 to 7/30
7 weeks; 4 days each week
Times: Freshmen: Monday to Thursday 6:15 AM - 8 AM; No Friday session
Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors:
Monday to Thursday: 6 AM-8 AM OR 5 PM-7 PM
Friday: Mornings ONLY 6 AM-8 AM
Fee: $150
